Class Descriptions
Basic Level Yoga
This class is for those who are new to yoga or if you are begining your yoga practice and feel that you need to more time with your poses, this is the perfect class for you. The fundamental poses of yoga will help introduce you to the wealth of yogic experiences and help set you on a journey of many wonders.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga, is movement synchronized to the breath, and a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection," we can interpret this as a connection between movement and breath.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga classes are for those who resonate more with the slower relaxing poses as well as those who are recovering from injury or illness. This is a wonderful class for the elders of the community as well as those seeking more flexibility and strength.

Intermediate Yoga
This class is for those who are seeking more intense poses and working toward advanced levels.

Yoga (All Levels)
This class offers a variety of poses from gentle to advanced.

Restorative Yoga
This is a light hearted class that is perfect for beginners and those who face real challenges with flexibility. You will smile and laugh through these gentle postures with Yogi Nick who is a certified Iyengar Instructor. Iyengar specializes in the use of yoga blocks, straps, walls and even chairs, proving that yoga can be practiced by anyone. Nick will also focus on the importance of learning to respect our bodies and where they are in this moment.
